Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the MUAHQ platform and website (muahq.com), operated by Kea Beauty Private Limited (“MUAHQ,” “we”). By creating an account or using MUAHQ, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

MUAHQ gives makeup artists a professional profile, a review system, and booking and business tools. MUAHQ is a software tool only — we are not a party to any booking, payment, or dispute between you and your clients, and we do not guarantee any bookings, income, or results.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details. You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.

3. Plans & billing

Subscriptions are prepaid for the annual term and are inclusive of GST. Subscriptions renew automatically; you may opt out of renewal at any time. Payments are non-refundable, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Your content & reviews

You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant us a licence to display it to run your profile and the service. Reviews follow a publish-approval model — you choose which to publish, and you may not post fake or misleading reviews or content you don’t have the rights to. Every profile carries a “Powered by MUAHQ” badge.

5. Enquiries & reviews from visitors

An enquiry is a request from a bride to be contacted by an artist; her details are passed to that artist, and no reply, availability, or outcome is guaranteed. Reviews are verified by a one-time code sent to the reviewer’s mobile and are subject to the artist’s approval before they appear. By submitting an enquiry or review, a visitor agrees to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

MUAHQ, its software, design, and brand are owned by Kea Beauty Private Limited.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for disputes between you and your clients.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or harm the platform.

10. Governing law

Governed by the laws of India; the courts at Palghar, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
