This Privacy Policy describes how Kea Beauty Private Limited (“MUAHQ,” “we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the MUAHQ platform and website (muahq.com). We process personal data in accordance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).
Information we collect
- Account details you provide as an artist — name, email, phone/WhatsApp, city, profile content and photos, and payment/GST details.
- Information your clients submit through your MUAHQ link — name, contact, event details, and any review text or photos they choose to share.
- Device and usage information — browser/device details, IP address, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and analytics.
How we use it
To provide and operate the platform, publish the reviews and profiles you approve, process payments and issue GST invoices, send service-related messages, and improve our service. For information a bride submits through an artist’s link, we rely on her consent, given at the point of submission, as the basis for processing; she may withdraw that consent at any time (see Your choices).
Verification of enquiries & reviews
Before a bride’s enquiry or review is processed, a one-time password (OTP) is sent to her mobile number to confirm it is hers. This protects artists from fake enquiries and keeps reviews genuine.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers who help us run MUAHQ (such as hosting, payment, and messaging providers) and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information. A bride’s enquiry details are shared only with the specific artist she contacted, and her mobile number and contact details are never displayed publicly.
