Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

MUAHQ is a prepaid subscription service. Your plan is billed upfront for the full year, in advance. All prices are inclusive of GST.

2. No refunds

MUAHQ is a digital service that is delivered and activated immediately on purchase — your profile is made public and remains active for the paid term. For this reason, a subscription, once purchased, is non-refundable, in whole or in part, for that term. This applies whether or not the platform is used and regardless of the number of enquiries or bookings received.

3. Cancellation & renewal

Your subscription stays active until the end of the term you have paid for. Subscriptions renew automatically; you may opt out of renewal at any time before your term ends, and you will not be charged for a further term. Opting out simply lets your subscription lapse at the end of the current term; it does not entitle you to a refund of the term already paid for.

4. Billing errors

In the rare event of a duplicate or erroneous charge, or a payment where the service could not be activated, please write to us within 7 days at contact@muahq.com and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.

5. How to cancel or ask a question

To opt out of renewal or raise any billing query, email contact@muahq.com.

6. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time; changes apply to purchases made after the update.
